Work closely with project teams to create compelling and memorable pitch documents, containing persuasive value propositions and effectively developed win strategies
Advise on rehearsals and support the presentation team on engagement, chemistry and flow
Support significant pitch opportunities end to end, including the pre-qualification stage, key issues analysis, strategy formulation, drafting and editing, internal and client debriefs.
Support pitch and presentation rehearsals, using the APCM Pursuits team's methodology to improve best practice
Organise and maintain the JLL's Alternative team's track record decks by countries, regions
Conduct regular competitor analysis exercises of market shares by geography
Support development of other sales collateral (underwriting) as required including copywriting and project managing design with APAC Pursuits Designers
Be an active member of the broader Pursuits team, including engaging with members in regional HQ across the region
Ensure that all client materials produced by the Pursuits team adhere to the JLL brand guidelines (including Tone of Voice)
Performance Objectives
Closely support the creation of compelling and winning bids for must win opportunities
Provide advice on pitch strategy for medium value opportunities
Support the training and upskilling the team on Pursuits best practice
Support the roll out of our online pitch management platform and central repository for best-in-class materials for the APAC Capital Markets business
Key Skills
3-5 years experience professional services experience and in a business development marketing, or sales enablement capacity
Real estate experience ideal but not crucial
Fluent in English; additional languages encouraged
Strong communicator with creative writing experience, presentation and collaboration skills
Able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask and priorities to meet tight deadlines
