Responsibilities:- Achieve Sales Objectives:
Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned products.
Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize product sales within the designated territory.
- MD Coverage and Frequency:
Establish and maintain regular visits to target MDs as per the assigned frequency.
Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance product acceptance.
- Report Preparation and Submission:
Ensure completion, accuracy, and relevance of all reports, including Daily Call Report, Travel Expense Report, Itinerary Report, Weekly Activity Report, and Monthly Report.
Submit all required reports promptly on the due date.
Conduct regular visits to drugstores to check inventory and availability of MPPI products.
Monitor prescription trends of targeted MDs and assess competitor product movements.
Optimize shelf exposure of MPPI products and provide detailed information to pharmacists and counter salesclerks.
Secure and process orders as needed.
- Building Rapport and Credibility:
Establish and maintain a positive rapport with MD selections.
Demonstrate high credibility in product knowledge and industry expertise.
Maintain proficiency in effective selling techniques and adapt strategies to meet changing market dynamics.
Stay updated on the latest information regarding the promoted products.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the basic knowledge of company products.
Develop, implement, and evaluate special programs to boost sales within the territory.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional initiatives.
