To create new and maintain existing accounts based on assigned LMI product ( Medical Devices)- Establishes relationship at the client/account level to ensure compliance of all agreements between the company and them
Routine Visits and arrange appointments with prospective clients (doctors, pharmacist and hospital medical team) to present and make negotiations about the featured product(s).
- Develops assigned account-specific strategies and plans aligned with company's target and recommends appropriate execution requirements needed by the account to ensure Largen Med gets the best on return of investment in terms of visibility, profitability and share of market
Attainment of Annual/Monthly Peso Sales/Collection Target.- Reaching/exceeding annual sales/collection targets.
Attainment of Client Calls Target based on set standards.
- Sell and give sample to prospective clients.
Inform clients about the product's price, nutritional value, side effects and other important information.- Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
Keeping detailed records of all contacts.
- Make presentations to clients in a particular outlet (hospital/drugstore).
Planning work schedules (weekly and monthly timetables).- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentation and briefings.
Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitor's products.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
Perform other duties requires by superior from time to time
- Other tasks as maybe assigned/instructed by the Management
