Job Description

Overall Responsibility

Site operations, service contracts, financial management, vendor management and soft facilities/allied services (housekeeping. janitorial. mailroom and reception services)

Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors and the level of spending

Coordinate discussions with selected vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review

Support sourcing and site managers through procurement

Ensure compliance with JLL operational audits and safety standards

Establish relationships with client site leads, business partners such as EHS leads and FM clientele to establish trust and credibility

Work with the Sr. Facility Manager and Facility Manager to develop and monitor the Experience Clean Supplier Partnership program, including meeting governance requirements and scorecard review for responsible sites.

Work with the Facility Manager and Assistant Facility Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance, repair, custodial, security and other building services

Prepares and assist in the development and management of the annual operating budgets

Implement site-level innovative programs, site environmental and operations sustainability, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity. Encourage team to be innovative in client service / problem solving

Lead in participation of local JLL and Account innovation programs. Redeploy innovations learnt from other account teams. Demonstrate to Client JLL innovation effort

Plays an important role with dual responsibilities for communication and reporting

  • Follows JLL reporting protocols for all commercial, costing and billing for the FM contract
  • Responds to Client service related reports / communication

Competencies And Experience

Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms (MS Office applications like Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams)

Experience in finance. vendor management and soft services (like general housekeeping, etc.)

Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills

2 - 3 years in facilities management or related

BS or Associates in facilities, property, business or related
