Providing onsite support
Lead the shift front liners (Technicians) who will be hands-on in doing the facilities quick fix repairs and maintenance, vendor coordination/assistance.
Oversee the efficient operations and maintenance of all building systems during the shift, including the day-to-day training of the operating staff. He will apprise the Senior Engineer of any and all conditions affecting building services during the shift.
The specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to DC services, staff supervision and development, purchasing and technical proficiency.
