Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in bread & pastry or any related field
-With certificates in bread & pastry production or any related certificates
-Has experience in handling, coaching, and training staffs
-At least 2 years experience in Food & Beverage industry
-Proven ability in managing productions and baking operations
-Must be able to create weekly and monthly production reports
-Good communication skills both written and oral
-Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and problem solving.
