Job Description
As a Troubleshooting Agent, you will be part of the Production Operations team, and will work to make sure all systems are operational.
This includes pro-active checks, as well as live troubleshooting.
Tasks:
Follow processes, procedures and workflows and keep up to date with new updated procedures
Work in different platforms that connect the product
Set up new installed systems
Keep up to date with all internal new product features and past week issues
Capture knowledge from new issue resolution and share in the Knowledge Base
Do pre-game checks and run test productions
Work in different platforms that connect the product
Troubleshoot live or non-live match issues
Communicate with other teams actively when an issue occurs
Escalation to other teams where necessary
Follow up with other teams regarding the issues
Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English
Familiarity with Ubuntu OS & working with SSH is a huge plus
Autonomous; positive and analytical mindset; self-starter; a customer-oriented person
Ability to clearly analyze and document data
