Job Description - Implement the daily work plan for production personnel, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, effectively and adherence to the quality standards set by the company
Resolve minor production operational problems on time and reports any deviation/issues to the production supervisor- Perform record-keeping including attendance of all direct employee on a per shift basis
At least a graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree- Minimum of 2 yrs experience as team leader in manufacturing operations
With good communication and interpersonal skills
- With strong personality and leadership skills
