Responsibilities:- Supervise production personnel and manufacturing and packaging operations
Observes and implements Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety rules and regulations.- Ensures that the manufacturing and packaging directions indicated in the BMR's and PDR's during the processing is strictly followed
Informs the Production Manager on problems encountered during operation
- Recommends improvements in the operation to achieve increase in the productivity and efficiency and reduce cost
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineer and other related courses
With at least 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing (Food/ Pharmaceutical) setting
- With background in GMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP.
Analytical, articulate and able to clearly communicate ideas- Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
