Production Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Paraaque. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activities, creating and managing production schedules, planning and organizing production processes, and effectively communicating with team members. The role also involves managing production operations to meet quality and efficiency goals. The Production Supervisor will be directly reporting to the Operations Manager. Will work side by side with the Quality Assurance department to ensure the best products. Will Monitor all the butchers and production helpers daily to ensure proper delegation and optimization of work for an efficient production flow.

• Keep Track of the Daily Production Monitoring Sheet and Meat Cutting Summary

Familiarization of all SKUs, Packaging, Specifications for each client and each product, ensuring the best products

• Monitoring of Scraps and Sawdust and turning these into profit and/or lessen the losses

Supervise staff under the production team (butchers, production staff, utilities)

• Monitor all production machines and ensure less to no downtimes

Request the purchases needed for the production to run

• Manage the printing of labels for all customers and the companies branding

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years of experience from a food company is a plus

Handled 20 or more employees from previous work is a plus

• At least 2 to 3 years of Supervisory Role with Production Planning, and Production Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to create and manage production schedules

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to ensure adherence to quality standards

Prior experience in the food industry or production environment

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Pay: Php25,
