I.Key Organizational RelationshipsAccountable to: Assistant Plant Manager, Plant Manager
Directly Supervises: Expeller Operators, Copra Preparation Operator, Filtro Operators, Payloader Operators, Physical operators, Deodorizer Operators, Boiler operators
Coordination: All department
To optimize utilization of resources, machineries/equipment, spare parts, maintenance cost and human resources for greater productivity.
produce good quality of products to meet the demands of toll partner.
provide support to the implementation of programs for the enhancement of plant performance.
engage in research and development to improve the technical capability of the production department.
- III. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors the Oil Milling operations and conducts analysis to define clearly the needs in hitting the production goals of the plant efficiency.
Conducts studies and make recommendations on appropriate technical strategies and means to improve production efficiency.
Develops action plans to implement and approved strategies and/or program in the Plant Operations.
Directs and coordinates the implementation of approved program of operations among Departments to ensure plant operations, effective plant preventive maintenance; availability of equipment spare parts; plant operations supplies; copra supplies; products inventory and shipments.
Monitors the progress of the on-going plant operations and resolve problems encountered, reviews and evaluate the actual plant performance and submits necessary reports on operations.
Conducts special study for possible project in the plant in coordination with the Maintenance Department for improvements of plant operations and recommends for approval.
Exercise administrative control over-all activities and staff of production department with respect to work loads and distributions; personnel placement and condition; performance and attitudes; discipline and work behavior.
