Job Description:_
- Plan, Organize and Lead his/her section and subordinates daily activities to support the department targets and objective. (KPI's).
Discuss with each worker the monthly plan, current line capacity, current volume requirement, and current cycle time per worker.- Make decisions; solve problems; approve and implement changes to improve line efficiency, develop line procedures/records/files; conduct meetings.
Conduct meeting with TC as required.
- Prepare plan in case of line stop.
Attend during ISO audit. Ensure line is complying with all ISO 9000 and 14000 policies.- Devise plan to maintain WIP, sequence.
Prepare a plan to process off-lined units within 24hrs.
- Prepare manpower report. Ensure completeness of loaned/ borrowed/ charge to other activities.
Regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) of his/her line performance to his/her superior.- Prepare plan to ensure attainment of quality target in terms of DPU and FTC.
Conduct regular improvement meetings with concerned support.
- Evaluate defect trend. Formulate plan to reduce overall DPU.
Motivates subordinates to get their task done and supervises their work ensuring that productivity and quality standards are being met.- Implement plans and policies related to compliance with company work time standards.
Ensure that his/her area of responsibility is free of safety violations.
- Regularly reporting daily, weekly, monthly of his/her line performance to his Superior.

Qualifications:_
- College Graduate - BS Electrical Engineering / Registered Electrical Engineer
Experience in Project Management / PEZA, DOLE and BFP Permit Application.- With Manufacturing work experience, at least 2 years of experience.
