Job Description:_
- Discuss to each worker the monthly plan, current line capacity, current volume requirement, and current cycle time per worker. Get worker concurrence.
Make decision; solve problems; approve and implement changes to improve line efficiency, develop line procedures/records/files; conduct meetings.- Conduct meeting with TC as required, Prepare plan in case of line stop.
Attend during ISO audit. Ensure line is complying with all ISO 9000 and 14000 policies.
- Prepare manpower report. Ensure completeness of loaned/ borrowed/ charge to other activities.
Regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) of his/her line performance to his/her superior.- Prepare plan to ensure attainment of quality target in terms of DPU and FTC.
Motivates subordinates to get their task done and supervise their work ensuring that productivity and quality standards are being met.
- Implement plans and policies related to compliance to company work time standards.
Regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly of his/her line performance to his Superior.
_Qualifications:
_- Proven experience as Supervisor in Automotive Manufacturing, -Maintenance, Engineering, Production or related industries.
Able to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and CAD literate.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering preferably board passer.- Must know how to drive with a valid Driver's license.
Willing to be assigned at Santa Rosa Laguna.
