Responsibilities :
1 . Prepare daily and monthly report on production output and labor hours and input it on production monitoring.
2 . Arrange necessary manpower for the recent customer P.O and prepare work schedule of the operator.
3 . Establish procedure, work instruction and any working standards related to production. Update and revise if necessary.
4 . Investigate the alarming rejects as found in the QRQC board and reported by leader/operator. Formulate solutions, corrective and preventive action.
5 . Implement corrective and preventive action.
6 . Ensure to meet production key process indicators and prepare monthly report that will be quality management review meeting attended by local and japanese staff.
7 . Attend customer drawing review meeting attended by local and japanese staff.
8 . Recommends approval for new jigs and gauges for new parts or products newly introduced.
9 . Initiates quick response on the audit findings and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
10 . Responsible to maintain 5's in the production area.
11 . Ensures that production staff are properly trained in accordance with the established standards or as
12 . Initiate and submit kaizen project every month in cooperation w/ subordinates.
13 . Maintain and enforce policies ans regulations.
14 . Ensure products manufactured conform to customer standards.
15 . Ensure compliance of process and work instructions in accordance w/ ISO/TS 16949 regulatory requirements.
16 . Decide on matters pertaining the quality of the product such as those questionable referred by operator or leader.
