Graduate of Bachelor of Science in BS in Engineering, BS Food Technology or Nutrition, BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, Other Business related course.- At least three to five (3-5) years work experience preferably in a commissary or manufacturing of food with at least 1 year supervisory experience or same level
Knowledge of baking process
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting of bakery equipment/machineries an advantage
Monitors and controls all the activities and resources in production to ensure continuous and efficient flow of work to meet output requirement in compliance to process standards and prescribed quality of the product including effective implementation of Production Plans and programs.
- Implements approved plans and programs to ensure smooth operation and efficiency of the production by managing: Manpower, Machine, Materials and Methods.
Oversees the daily operation of the production lines with regards to the required output and quality standard- Reports production performance (Direct Labor, Rejection Rate, Unserved and Excess production monitoring) on a regular basis.
Experienced in People Management, Reports and Records Management.
