- Primary responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily production operations
Delivery of production plan across different production lines
Setting production targets and tracking progress
Review of production staffing levels, work assignments and priorities, job expectations and personnel performance
Workflow monitoring, compliance to production and quality standards, changes in production schedules, resolution of production line issues
Providing production information and data output performance, yields and efficiencies, quality controls, operating downtime, labor issues
Equipment maintenance for smooth manufacturing operation
- Safety and cleanliness of work environment
5+ year's experience in Production with 3+ years of supervisory experience
preferably work in garment/ clothing industry as supervisor.
4 years university degree in relevant course
Prefer prior experience with process optimization and inventory management
Good at excel and data analysis
Ideally have experience with ERP or inventory management system

Must be proactive with good working attitude
Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication in English

Pay: Php30,
- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types: - 13th month salary
