Job Description
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Oversee the production process to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Provide leadership to all production employees on their shift, including but not limited to group leaders to allow
performance as a cohesive team.
Qualifications
- Production line experience in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Experience in CNC auto lathe machine operations and programs
- Experience in handling quality improvement of the product
- MS Office skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field.
- Read and analyze technical drawing skills.

- Work Location - Laguna Technopark Annex Binan Laguna
- Work Schedule - 7am to 4pm, Mondays to Saturdays
