JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will oversee our manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of production processes, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and customer demand.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols
Provide leadership and direction to production staff, including training, coaching, and performance management- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize production workflows and resolve issues
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory data
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with production team members to foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
