Bachelor's graduate or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field- Previous experience in printing, lamination and finishing operations, preferably in the
flexible packaging industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lamination processes, equipment, and materials, including various types of adhesives and substrates.
