Job SummaryResponsible for ensuring the achievement of objectives and targets as set by the production manager through process control, planning, monitoring and evaluation of daily operational activities, and supervision of team leaders and operators.
Graduate of Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Must have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably as part of operations in manufacturing set-up
Must have the ability to lead
Must have excellent communication skills
Adept in process engineering tools such as SPC, lean management and Six Sigma
