Reporting to the Assistant Manager the Production Supervisor we seek shall:
- Validate implementation of line controls and procedures in the production lines.
- Ensure safety, productivity, and development of section members.
- Create reports and present them to top management.
- Meet KPI targets and report updates regularly.
- Plan and monitor section's expenses and investments.
- Plan, implement, and monitor section's goals and objectives.
- Monitor individual and group performance of handled section.
- Coordinate the section's concerns to related department heads.
- Lead the implementation of Kaizen activities and encourage section members to participate.
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Engineering Course
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge and Practice of QC Tools
- MS Office Application proficient
- Organization & Leadership skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
