What You Will Do in Your Role

Lead production team to achieve all target and satisfy customer requirements.

• Charge full of workshop of MS production arrangement, efficiency improvement/ KPI metrics, safety, and resource dispensation , etc.

Achieve all production targets set by manager.

• Follow 5S program, create safe and tidy working environment.

Communicate, discuss, or assists the production planning about the optimum achievable production volume.

• Proper communication with relevant department to improve production flow.

Appraise, train, and develop underling to enhance them competition sense; To improve production efficiency / KPI metrics.

• Push TPM, manage and update equipment, maintain spare parts available, build team to continuously improve equipment and manpower efficiency.

Generates cost reduction programs and study the process flow simplification for easy operation.

• Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems, EICC, Business Code of Conducts by following stated policies and procedures.

College Level or College Degree

• 1-4 years as a supervisor in a manufacturing company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,

• 00 - Php45,000.00 per month
  
  Ability to commute/relocate:
• Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
