PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Develops plans and strategies to accomplish company and section objectives
Maintains operational compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety policies- Identifies and plans the resources needed to carry out the production operations of both Smelting and Refining Sections
Summarizes and analyzes production data and initiates changes when necessary
- Enforces company rules and regulations
Takes on special projects as directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Chemical Engineer, preferrably licensed
1-2 years working experience in a Manufacturing company; supervisory capacity
- Background in Autonomous Maintenance
Willing to be assigned in Bulacan (Stay in)- Above average communication skills; oral and written
Not required but would be a plus: process engineering tools such as SPC, Lean Management, and Six (6) Sigma
