Production Supervisor

Oversee Production Operations: supervise and monitor the overall production operations of the company, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production personnel, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximize productivity and achieve production targets.Production Planning and Scheduling: Create effective production schedules, considering production capacity, resources, and customer demands, to ensure timely and efficient production.

• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures, ensuring adherence to product specifications, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any quality issues to maintain product quality standards.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

Compliance with Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment and meet quality and production objectives.Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of production personnel, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement and employee development.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation, including production metrics, quality data, and inventory levels.Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as maintenance, engineering, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations and effective communication.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production delays.
