Ensures that the production targets and quality standards are achieved to meet client's requirements, ensuring compliance with health, safety and standard operating procedures
- Monitors production activities by monitoring smooth equipment start-ups and operational status within required timelines
Manages production processes to achieve product quality and maximize efficiency
- Meets agreed expectations and deliverables by ensuring achievement of production plan
Reports shift highlights, issues and concerns to Production Head
- Tracks compliance to agreed process and quality standards
Prepares and submits client-required documents (procedures, deviations, work instructions, master files, validation reports)- Verifies availability of inventory, delivery and release dates of raw materials, components and product compliance
Ensures implementation and compliance with the client's and Asiapro's code of conduct, GMP, HACCP, quality control and assurance
- Ensures all members have PPEs and uniforms
Prepares incident, standard operating procedures reports for Health and Safety regulations
- Monitor job performance of direct reports to ensure that high quality work and efficiency in operations are maintained at all times
Work with production managers and leads to reduce waste in production process- Track individual progress and conducts quarter performance appraisals
