Production Supervisor is responsible for administering, ensuring proper loading and distributing of manpower on his/her area of responsibility. He/She is also responsible to operate, control and monitor production equipment, materials and processes; and to conduct studies as assigned by immediate superior and to supervise production and/or maintenance activities effectively and efficiently.
- Duties and Responsibilities :
To ensure that assigned utility and auxiliary equipment are operated at the most economical means; and that the needs of production areas are serviced effectively and efficiently
- To increase and maintain quality and productivity consciousness of workers
To prevent and control his/her area in terms of waste in raw materials, factory supplies, energy, manpower and other overhead expenses- To assist in analyzing variances of actual versus standard cost and initiate action to correct
To troubleshoot and take actions on problems experienced in production due to equipment breakdown, material shortages and quality
- To assist in the supervision or the production utilities and maintenance works
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Graduate of any Engineering Courses
Willing to work in Malolos, Bulacan
