Job Qualifications:
College degree Chemical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Chemistry, Food Technology and other related courses
Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
Diligent, hard working and open to new ideas
Can communicate effectively-written & verbal
Knowledgeable in production planning and KPI
Knowledgeable in problem solving, critical thinking and analytical thinking.
Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP and international Food standard
With excellent people handling skills.
Physically fit and able to work on shifts.
Willing to work in Metro Manila or nearby Marikina areas.
Job Description:
Responsible for the line supervision to ensure that all orders are produced at the right time, right quantity, within the specified quality parameters at an optimum coat.
Ensure that the GMP/SSOP program is properly implemented within the are such as cleaning and sanitation, personnel hygiene, and equipment cleaning.
