Customer service oriented
Open to Flexible Schedule (weekend, holidays), and long working hours
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Mixes, kneads, and shapes dough for bread
Cuts dough into the uniform portion
Places pans of dough into oven to bake
Removes baked products from the oven
Cleans bakery utensils, equipment, and work area as needed
Performs other duties in the kitchen as may be prescribed
Secures confidential information and documents
