JOB DESCRIPTION:
1, To be assigned at any area in the production that may need manpower, namely
A. MEAT LINE- Slicing, marination, Cooking, Packing Kebab
B. SAUCE KINE- Cold production, start cooking
2, Will be part of the production team that will be resposible for the production of the following items:
BEEF EXPRESS, CHICKEN EXPRESS, TIKKA, KEBAB AND SAUCES
3, To do Assigned task in accordance to GMP and food safety
4, Will ensure all product produce are in accordance to GMP and food safety
5, Will ensure the cleanliness of his work station
6, To report any actions that may effect product quality
7, To do any task his superior may assign
