The Production Staff will be responsible for operating printing machines and other related equipment for the production of various printed products, including T-shirts, mugs, tarpaulins, calendars, stickers, and posters. The role involves setting up machinery, monitoring the production process, and ensuring the quality of the final products. The Production Staff will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Set up, operate, and maintain printing machines for various media, including T-shirts, mugs, tarpaulins, calendars, stickers, and posters.
Load materials into machines and adjust settings for different types of print jobs.- Monitor machine operations to detect issues and ensure consistent print quality.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned print jobs on time.
- Assist with pre-press tasks such as preparing digital files, color matching, and ensuring artwork is ready for printing.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure that finished products meet required specifications.- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during production.
- Keep a log of maintenance activities and report any major equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Assist with the loading and unloading of printed materials.- Handle products carefully to avoid damage during production and packaging.
Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products for delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines and equipment after use.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
