Position: Production Staff
Company Industry: Manufacturing
Work Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu
Salary: Php 15,000 - 20,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training is a plus
Preferably with experience in a production or manufacturing setting, but open to fresh graduates
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
Physical stamina and capability to stand for extended periods
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate production machinery and equipment following safety guidelines
Assist in assembling, packaging, and labeling products
Inspect products for quality and report any issues to the supervisor
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
Contribute to achieving daily production targets and overall team goals
