PRODUCTION STAFF - BAKERJob Qualifications:
- At least High School level
Must be creative, flexible, hardworking, and can do multi-task- Customer service oriented
Open to Flexible Schedules (weekends, holidays), and long working hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mixes, kneads, and shapes dough for bread
Cut dough into the uniform portion- Place pans of dough into oven to bake
Remove baked products from the oven
- Clean bakery utensils, equipment, and work area as needed
Perform other duties in the kitchen as may be prescribed- Secure confidential information and documents
