- Work Location: SM City Cebu, Ayala Center Cebu & Ayala Central Bloc
- BreadTalk, a multinational Singaporean brand revolutionizing the bakery industry, is in need of a PRODUCTION STAFF who can:
Measuring and incorporating various ingredients to the dough at the time of kneading based on BreadTalk's recipe.- Operating proofer machines and monitoring the proofing process to attain the best dough quality before actual baking.
Loading oven with pans containing doughs and setting oven temperature in accordance with the type of product being baked.
- Maintaining proper placing of dough or breads in the oven so that they will be baked evenly or the desired texture will be achieved.
Assisting co-bakers when needed and performing other duties given by the Production In-Charge/Mixer.
Must be a High School graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School graduate- With Production/Kitchen Staff experience is an advantage is but NOT REQUIRED
With TESDA NCII in Bread and Pastry is a plus
