MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor the operation of assigned section and trigger corrective actions.
Ensures that Set standard Productivity and Efficiency are consistently met.- Ensures that set standard yield and output are constantly accomplished.
Ensures that product standards set by the plant are religiously met.
- Responsible for effective usage of materials and resources of his/her assigned section/areas.
Ensures that assigned section follow set sanitation (SSOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), & Hygiene requirements.- Maintains an orderly and safe workplace through implementation of 5S programs and safety programs.
Utilize technical expertise to ensure continuous improvement of product and processes resulting to reduction of manufacturing cost.
- Recommend procedural or any process related improvement that impacts t the overall quality of products and process.
Motivates the team to ensure all team members perform to the set criteria.
Bachelor's/College Degree, Food Technology or Industrial Engineering Graduate, Nutrition, or Science related course.- Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word Excel, PPT.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures
Strong team building, decision making and people management skills.
- Knowledge in Food Safety Practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Experience in a Food Manufacturing company as Production in-charge or Production Supervisor is a must. Technical knowledge in Food Safety HACCP is an advantage.
