JOB DESCRIPTIONTo execute and implement the bottling schedule and manage the bottling operation in the assigned shift to produce the right product, the right quantity, the right quality at maximum utilization of available resources; supervise the proper way in operating the machines and equipment in the production line; submit timely reports and feedback to the daily operational issues of the production shift.
- To operate and manage an efficient bottling run in the assigned shift that will result to desired production output and quality.
To manage and control the usage of available materials to minimize wastages, maximize utilization of resources and achieved annual operating plan for manufacturing yields.
- To establish competency, foster and maintain industrial peace in the shift, implement and administer continuous food safety mindset and training of bottling crew in the shift.
To actively participate and implement the plant safety, health and environmental programs as mandated by law and formulated by the plant safety, health and environment committee.- Other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate of any Engineering relaterd courses, preferably with license.
With at least 2 years experience in Food, Beverage or Consumer Manufacturing Operations.
