- PRODUCTION PLANNING & INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Use data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, production, sales) to ensure alignment of production plans with business objectives.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address issues such as machine downtime, labor shortages, or changes in customer demand.
Ensure that production plans are executed efficiently and effectively, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
Requirements and skills:
4 years of university education in one or more engineering-related fields
5 years of work experience as PPIC supervisor
Focused, detail-oriented, independent thinker
Proficient in English (good spelling, grammar, and writing)
Proficient in Excel (analysis and formula) and ERP or WMS
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (day shift)
