Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for setting and ensuring that production targets are achieved, and key production analysis reports are prepared and submitted accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities_
- Analyzes the orders and order trends to create operational forecasts and production plans.
Prepares the manpower schedule of the Production Department according to the production plan.- Monitors the completeness and readiness of stocks needed by Production to fulfill the orders of the clients.
Handles the selection, orientation, and training of all personnel under the assigned Production sections.
- Prepares and submits manpower requisitions to HR
- Evaluates the work performance of all personnel under the supervision of this position.
Analyzes the consolidated production reports prepared by all Production teams for a given production day.- Analyzes the performance of Production versus the targets on yield, manpower, and duration.
Analyzes the Production inventory levels on raw materials, works-in-process, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned Production areas.
Suggests and implements process improvements to increase efficiency or meet the quality and food safety standards of the company.- Reports any breakage or loss of equipment or supplies endorsed to the Production areas or personnel under the supervision of this position.
Investigates and responds to Incident Reports issued to any personnel under the supervision of this position.
- Prepares stock requisition for any supplies or equipment needed by the Production areas or personnel under the supervision of this position.
Attends the pre-launch activities and transfer of technology by the R&D Department- Represents the Production Department during ManCom meetings, Strategic Business Planning, and other inter-department discussions
_Qualifications
_- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Food and Beverages industry or FMCG sector.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Food Safety.
Professional licenses and other certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory for the role.- Understanding of department policies, procedures, and practices.
Must be willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
