- Responsible and accountable for implementing the production planning process in timely efficient and accurate manner.
- Responsible for providing the Operations Managers with updated information
regarding production efficiency though active monitoring of the daily production output.
- Responsible for the timely accurate preparation of materials requisition for materials & supplies to prevent or at last minimize out of stock situations which case delay in productions schedules
- Provides technical information /records to assist the Operation Manager in the preparation of product costing.
- Prepare the production plan forecast .OEM PVC/HDPE pipes and PVC/PP-R fittings based on Sales Orders received form Crown Asia or feedback from Crown Asia PPC0n critical items on order.
.Husky products based on production volumes determined by management.
- Coordinates with production management to gather information such as machine capacity and availability and manpower schedule for incorporation into the production schedule plan.
- Coordinates with the Mould Setter for the preparation of the Schedules Moulds for Mounting.
- Calculates raw materials formulation required (in kgs.)For the production plan output based on the weight standards in the Red Book.
- Calculates pipe lengths for the production of fabricated fittings based on the Standard Cutting Length of Pipe Per Product Report
10 Monitor stock non virgin material (crushed, pulverized) in Warehouse based on the Weekly formulation. Inventory Report; Recommends to production management the use of such non virgin material in the raw material.
- Monitors the inventory of scrap pipe length in the Warehouse which can be used for the production of fabricated fittings; Coordinates /checks availability of scrap pipe length
