Production Planning and Control Staff

Job Description:

• Prepares and issues daily production schedule for main assembly lines (such as weld, paint, trim, okaying and vehicle accessory installation) and sub- assembly lines (such as KD4, plastic painting chassis riveting, etc.) based on monthly production plan.

Prepares and issues production instructions such as GVI sheets, production lot / batch control sheets, Production Order Notice (PON) and all other monitoring tools needed in the production line.

• Assists the Production Planning Supervisor in coming up with a rational production plan / schedule.

Update engine numbers and conduction sticker in AS400 needed in the production line.

• Monitors and controls completely built up (CBU) unit's shipments shipping information / status, required documents and transfer to MMPC in coordination with Import / Export (IMPEX) staff and to support the production plan / schedule.

Upload the CBU shipment in S400 and in SAP.

• Conducts Daily Operational Meeting with Manufacturing Team to discuss Production Achievement, Target for the day, issues encountered, Offline units of each shops and anticipated problem.

Promptly collects / updates and confirms production line output and other operations data needed in generation of production reports for analysis and historical data.

• Prepares and furnishes manufacturing reports and all other related data as required by respective division / departments / sections.

Evaluates and analyzes daily production reports, work in process (WIP) situation, production progress versus schedules, production variances and other manufacturing materials to determine causes of problems and bottlenecks line areas.

• Inform / Alerts and coordinates with respective production line sections of delays and its effects to other lines.

Perform safety duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manuel.

• Qualifications:

College Graduate in BSIE, or any Engineering related course

• Fresh Grad or at least with 1 year experience in Manufacturing.

Production Planning & Control And exposure to assembly line operations.

• Working knowledge in computer.
