QUALIFICATIONS:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering
Fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply- Knowledgeable in Production Planning & Inventory Control
Can multitask and can handle pressure effectively
- Can adjust to shifting schedule
Willing to be assigned in a plant/commissary around Quezon City
Scheduling production lines based on customer orders, inventory levels, obsolescence, lead times, product life cycles and production capacity- Reviews, recommends and execute delivery plans of the required raw materials and finished goods based on PO issued by the central warehouse.
Reviews and recommends release of generated raw materials
- month rolling materials requirement based on the central warehouse PO considering warehouse capacity.
Reconciles and aligns with manufacturing group regarding weekly output.- Reviews production planned performance report on a monthly basis.
Reviews, recommends and maintains buffer levels of finished goods based on given demand/requirements
- Ensures periodic evaluation of inventory levels of raw materials depending of finished goods movement and space requirement of the site.
