Prepares and submits Packaging Schedule to Production Manager for approval.
Receives and coordinates approved Packaging Schedule to Packaging Area-in-Charge for implementation.
Checks,encodes and submits of Packaging Output Report to Production Manager
Monitors the transfer of Packed Products to FG Warehouse for storage and safekeeping prior to delivery.
Assists the Production Manager in monitoring, controlling and optimizing workloads and manpower availability in Packaging Operations.
Assists the Production Manager in monitoring, analyzing and evaluating resource requirement and availability (manning, materials and machines) in Packaging Operations.
Assists the Production Manager in monitoring production targets such as quality, productivity, efficiency, safety and cost control in Packaging Operations.
Supports the Production Manager in monitoring and implementing Food Safety, cGMP, Safety and Sustainability standards and protocols in Packaging Operations.
Ensures that all non-compliances and deviations are properly addressed and appropriate corrective actions are implemented accordingly
Supports the Production Manager in the establishment, review, updating, cascading and implementation of Production policies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any Engineering course with Professional Licensure is an advantage
At least (5) years of extensive work experience as Production Planner (Packaging) in a food manufacturing industry. With trainings and seminars on Food Safety, cGMP, QMS, OSH and among others is a plus
