Production Planner - Cut & Sew

Job Function : Performs planning and scheduling for fabric cutting and sewing in-house and outsourced production while ensuring compliance with established manufacturing process standards.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans and prepare items deemed for in-house and outsourced production

• 2. Coordinates planned production to all concerned parties such as Co-Planner, Inventory Controller, and Production Supervisor.

• 3. Collaborates with Purchasing, CSS, Sales, Production Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Delivery about schedules, changes and improvements in planning activities.

• 4. Performs mathematical calculations and analysis to determine applicable manufacturing process, tools, and manpower requirements.

• 5. Analyze in-house and outsourced production specifications and capacity data

• 6. Reviews and determines defined work specifications including detailed instructions, drawings, bill of materials, references, inspection requirements and other related matters.

• 7. Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance of in-house or planned and outsourced production in coordination with Production Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Head.

• 8. Performs periodic review of process flow, production lines and man-hour in order to ensure that the RDD is aligned with in-house and outsourced production capacity and capability, and ensures that concerns are properly coordinated with Purchasing Department, Production Supervisor and Toll Manufacturing Head.

• 9. Performs cross functional activities that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the current job.

• JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer
  

• With at least 1 year of working experience is an advantage
  

• Must be keen to details and excellent written and oral skills.
  

• With Basic knowledge in AutoCAD ;
  

• Must be Computer Literate.
  

• Good Analytical and Mathematical skills.
