Job Function:
Plan and maintain inventory levels of assigned SKU's in compliance with established standard process and lead time.- Responsible in planning and preparation of production orders (PO) for production line.
- Monitors actual production output to ensure that requested PO are produced on time as per plan.
- Ensures that planned production is aligned to available resources, capacity, capability, and delivery lead time.
- Regularly monitors F2M data for effective replenishment of finished goods.
- Maintains consistent stock of inventory, whether low or high demand.
- Checks inventory of FG in actual and in SAP system.
- Ensures that all materials needed in operations are available upon request whether made to order and made to stock items prior to production scheduling.
- Encodes and monitors orders received and released.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer
- With at least 1 year of working experience is an advantage
- Must be keen to details and excellent written and oral skills.
- With Basic knowledge in AutoCAD ;
- Must be Computer Literate.
- Good Analytical and Mathematical skills.
