Job Function:
Plan & schedule production of items in compliance with established manufacturing standard of process and leas time.- Responsible in planning and preparation of schedules for production.
- Coordinate planned production to all parties (co-planner / inventory controller / production supervisor)
- Coordination with all supply chain (Sales, Production, Warehouse, QAD, and Delivery) about changes/ improvements in planning activities.
- Ensures that sales orders are delivered on time in conformance with customer requirements.
- Performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and manpower requirement.
- Analyze production specifications and capacity data.
- Review and determine defined work specifications including detailed instructions, drawings, bill of materials, references, inspection requirements, and other related matters.
- Monitor, analyze & report performance of planned production in coordination with Production Supervisor.
- Performs periodic review of process flow, production lines and man-hour in order to ensure that RDD are aligned with production capacity through application of acquired knowledge and skills.
- Analyze and forecast demand.
- Prepare daily and monthly accomplishment reports for endorsement to immediate superior.
- Performs cross functional activities that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the current job.
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer
- With at least 1 year of working experience is an advantage
- Must be keen to details and excellent written and oral skills.
- With Basic knowledge in AutoCAD ;
- Must be Computer Literate.
- Good Analytical and Mathematical skills.
