Minimum Requirements:- At least High School graduate (Junior or Senior High)
Willing to work on shifting schedule- Preferably (but not required) with work experience in a manufacturing company
Daily checks machines and properly reports any unsafe conditions in the work area- Ensures that all quality checkpoints are met during production
Reports any abnormality on the machine, material that may affect tire quality
- Properly reports output as well as problems encountered during operation
Maintains and properly implements 5's in the work area
