This position will report at our manufacturing site in Calamba, Laguna.- Function as a contributing member of the personalization shop floor team to ensure all production goals are achieved.
Maintain and operate shop floor equipment as necessary, depending on workload and circumstances to produce jobs in accordance with customer and Thales specifications.
- To be qualified at all operations and on all equipment in the cell. Member will perform all quality checks and follow established procedures.
Perform Preventive Maintenance as scheduled and document work performed.- Participate in team meetings and review past performances and promote a culture of continuous improvement and waste reduction.
Promote team harmony, help work towards High Performance team status and achievement of the levels of empowerment.
- Communicate instructions and information to other teams and/or cells.
Participate in and support team in root cause analysis, TPM, Kaizan and other continuous improvement/WCE initiatives- Participate in and support team in all HSE, security, and 5S, Housekeeping policies and procedures. Report all unsafe acts and conditions and security violations. Participate in all scheduled HSE and security trainings.
At all times respect and comply with Thales Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.
- Other duties as necessary to maintain SLA and other specified department/plant objectives.
- Education & Experience Requirements:
- Exposure to lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement methodologies.
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing environment.
- Basic IT knowledge/ability to drive equipment via computer interface.
Able to speak, understand and write English.- Candidate with longer experience will be considered for Line Leader position.

Receptive to changes of policy & procedures- Adaptive to continuous learning in a fast-changing environment & work towards achieving manufacturing excellence (system, process, job methods, operations)
Methodical with a penchant for detail
Ability to work in primarily stand-up environment as job requires mobility throughout operation hours.
- Shift Hours: Overtime expected from time to time.
