Basic Function:Carries out efficiently the different assigned processes in manufacturing/packaging operations of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs efficiently the assigned processes following specific manufacturing instructions and Standard Operating Procedure in accordance of cGMP.
- Ensures all processing documents are carried out completely.
- Performs cleaning of the work area and equipment including its accessories after processing following specific cleaning procedure in accordance to cGMP.
- Performs set-up and adjustments on equipment to be used for processing.
- Performs applicable in-process test to verify compliance of product against the specifications indicated in the processing documents.
- Cleans and sanitizes area and equipment following specific cleaning procedures stated in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related Pharmaceutical Equipment Cleaning and Sanitation Procedures (PECSPS).
- Ensures that the required room/operating conditions are met prior to the start and during the whole operation.
- Checks correctness of the issued packaging materials against the Packaging Order (PO). Ensures that packaging materials are free from particulates prior to packaging.
- Reports to Foreman and/or Section Manager any discrepancies observed during processing in the area of responsibility.
- College Graduate of any 4-year course or at least 2-year College Level/Vocational Graduate of any technical courses.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
