Set up machinery according to production requirements, including calibrating and adjusting settings.- Load raw materials into machines and oversee the packaging, filling, and manufacturing processes.
Inspect products during and after the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report any issues or defects to the Production Supervisor and take corrective actions as necessary.
Perform regular checks and measurements to maintain consistent product quality.- Conduct routine maintenance on PFM machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with the machinery, escalating complex problems to the maintenance team or supervisor.
- Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and maintained according to safety and hygiene standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Report any unsafe conditions or practices to the Production Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, including quantities produced, defects, and downtime.
Complete production logs, shift reports, and other necessary documentation.- Communicate any deviations from the production schedule to the Production Supervisor.
Work closely with other production operators, quality control personnel, and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth production process.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
