JOB DESCRIPTION:_
- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all event details, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.- Develop and manage the event's budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
Interprets the vision of Designers as tangible design and dcor while ensuring this vision fits within budget, venue and production timeline
- Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and entertainers, ensuring favorable terms for the event.
Manage the event team, assigning tasks, and ensuring all staff are fully trained and briefed on their responsibilities.- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future events.
_QUALIFICATIONS:
_- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in fields like Event Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration or Communication Arts.
A minimum of one to three years of experience in event production, backgrounds rich in hands-on event planning and management experience.

Strong organization, communication and project/time management skills- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
- Self-motivated and results oriented
Strong attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Works independently with some supervision
