The Technical Manager is delegated full authority, following accepted supervisory principles, to insure the proper performance of the duties and responsibilities assigned to the function within the established plans, practices, policies and procedures of Venzon Lighting & Objects. The position has full authority to delegate duties to subordinates so as to accomplish departmental goals.
